Who produces the Marble Autobahn?

Slant 3D is our supplier that produces the Marble Autobahn.

Once an order is placed, they will 3D print your set, and ship it once it's produced.

How is the Marble Autobahn produced?

Our products are 3D printed with PLA filament, so once an order is placed, our supplier's print farm will print your track.

I want the Marble Autobahn but it's too expensive. Why can't you drop the price?

While we'd love to sell these for under $20, our production costs make this unsustainable.

Affordability was a key consideration in sourcing suppliers.

However, quality and timely delivery are more important so we can give you the best customer experience.

Our initial supplier offered prices this low, but sets took over a month to produce, and arrived in such poor condition they couldn't be assembled.

This resulted in dissatisfied customers.

Based on this experience, we chose to prioritize customer satisfaction over cost.

Our current supplier provides high-quality sets, fast fulfillment, and reliable customer service.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! Besides the US, we ship to Canada, UK, and the European Union.

How big are the track pieces?

All our tracks are 10cm wide, that's equivalent to 5 regular-sized marbles racing side-by-side.

The straight tracks are 13cm long, while the sloped tracks are 15cm long and 5cm high.

Each support piece is 6cm high (3cm for half-height pieces).

I received my set but a track piece is broken. What do I do?

Please let us know by sending us a message on our "Contact Us" page, and we'll send you replacement parts at no extra charge.

(NOTE: You will need to provide evidence that your track piece was broken upon arrival)

NOTE: Choking Hazard. This product contains small parts. Not recommended for children under 3 years.

DO NOT store the Marble Autobahn pieces in places over 140 degrees fahrenheit, as that can cause the pieces to warp.

The Marble Autobahn works best on races with over 4 marbles. We're working on ways to make 1-on-1 races intense as well.
